One of the most important things you can do to improve your outlook on your sexuality it to educate yourself about all things sexual. This includes not only the technical, "how-to" information, but information about the spiritual and emotional aspects, and even the historical background of sex. The more you understand sexuality, the better lover, the better person you will be.
