Sex Positions for
Threesomes
Threesomes are a relatively common fantasy of many people, and sometimes they
have the opportunity to make such a fantasy come to life. Just as with two-person sex, there are a wide
variety of positions that can be used to maximize the sexual experience for

I’ve attempted to describe some of the more commonly used threesome sex
positions below. Just as with two-person
sex, the actual possibilities for positioning are endless, and are limited only
by your imagination. These descriptions
should provide you with some basic ideas to get you started, however.
I’ve separated these into two general categories, based on the typical gender
mix that people find themselves in for threesomes. The reality is that, for the most part, the
specific genders are irrelevant, however.
MMF (Male – Male –
Female)
Sandwich (Standard DP)
 
How to do it: One guy
lies down on his back, the female mounts him and inserts his penis into her
vagina, and the second guy comes up behind her and penetrates her anally. Alternatively, both penises can be inserted
into either orifice. This can be
performed in an upright position as well (everyone on their knees).
Upside Down Sandwich
How to do it: This is
basically the same kind of arrangement as the Sandwich
position, except the female mounts the first guy in the Reverse Cowgirl
position and inserts his penis anally.
The second guy comes up and penetrates her vaginally. Again, this can be performed where both
penises are taken either anally or vaginally.
The Saw Horse
How to do it: The
female lies kneels (face down) across (not along) a small bed, couch, chair,
etc. One guy approaches her from behind
and penetrates her vaginally or anally, and the second guy approaches her from
the front, where she performs oral sex up on him.
Upside Down Saw Horse
How to do it: The
female lies face up face up across (not along) a small bed, couch, chair, etc.,
with her head hanging backwards over the side of it. One guy approaches her and inserts his penis
vaginally or anally. The other guy
approaches and she performs oral on him.
This position is great for face fucking since it allows for easy deep
throating.
Leaning Saw Horse
How to do it: One guy
sits down or lies down in a reclining position, the female performs oral sex on
him, and the other guy penetrates her from behind, either vaginally or anally.
The Cowgirl’s Partner
(also called the “Spit Roast”)
How to do it: One guy
sits down or lies down in a reclining position.
The female mounts him and inserts his penis vaginally or anally. The other guy approaches her and she performs
oral sex on him.
Lucky Pierre
How to do it: This is
a male bisexual position. The female
lies back on a bed or a recliner. The
first guy approaches and penetrates her vaginally or anally. The second guy approaches the first guy from
behind and penetrates him anally.
Swordfight
How to do it: The
girl performs oral sex on both male partners simultaneously, either taking one
in her mouth then switching to the other, or taking both simultaneously.
MFF (Male – Female
– Female)
The Train (or Circle,
or Triangle)
How to do it: One
person lies down on his/her side, and raises one leg so that the next person
has easy access to his/her genitals. A
second one lies down in a similar position where s/he can perform oral sex on
the first one, such that another person can access his/her genitals. The third person lies down in a similar
position, and performs oral on the second person, and places his/her genitals
where the first person can perform oral sex on him/her. This position has the added benefit of
allowing access to as many other people as are present and willing to
partake.
69 Plus
How to do it: The two
females get into a 69 position and perform oral sex on each other. The guy approaches from behind and penetrates
the one on top (or bottom, if desired) either vaginally or anally. The guy can withdraw and place his penis in the
mouth of the female who is performing oral on the one being penetrated if desired,
and move back and forth between being blown and penetrating the other female.
Lick Me / Blow Me
How to do it: One
female lies down, face up, with her head slightly on the edge of a couch, the
bed, etc. The guy stands over her and
straddles her face, facing away from her.
She licks/sucks his balls, anus, etc.
The second female sucks his cock.
Blow Me / Lick Me
How to do it: The
reverse of the LM/BM. One female lies
down, face up, with her head hanging over the edge of the couch, bed, etc. The guy approaches her and feed her his cock,
and face fucks her. The second female
comes in from behind and performs analingus, licks his balls, etc. The guy can lean over and perform oral on the
bottom female if desired.
Cowgirl Plus
How to do it: The guy
lies down, and one female mounts him in the standard cowgirl position. The other female comes in from behind and
provides oral stimulation to the first female’s anus or vaginal area and the
guy’s genitals, scrotum, or anus (if they can be reached)
Reverse Cowgirl Plus
(Cowgirl/Cattle Rustler!)
How to do it: The guy
lies down, and one female mounts him in the standard cowgirl position,
inserting his penis either vaginally or anally.
The second female comes in from the side and performs oral sex on the
first female, and perhaps providing oral stimulation to the guy as well. The guy can withdraw from the first female
and allow the second female to perform oral sex upon him before re-inserting it
into the first female. The second female
can also kiss the first female or play with her boobs, etc.
Napoleon’s Hat (or Double
Cowgirl)
How to do it: The guy
lies down flat on the bed. One female
will mount him in the standard cowgirl position. The second female will sit on/over the guy’s
face such that he can orally stimulate her.
The two females can kiss or play with each other’s breasts if
desired.
OTHERS
Double Oral
How to do it: One
person lies down, the female sits on his/her face such that he can perform oral
on her. The other person comes in from
behind and rims her.
